The UnionPay Lucky Draw Extravaganza (“Promotion”) is offered by UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“UnionPay”) in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”).

1. Promotion Period
   a.The Promotion runs from 1 September 2026 to 29 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   b.During the Promotion Period, the following Lucky Draws (“Lucky Draws”) will be conducted:
   • 3 Monthly Lucky Draws, with one Lucky Draw conducted each month; and
   • 1 Quarterly Lucky Draw.

   Newly issued UnionPay cards will be announced on the UnionPay website (premium.unionpayintl.com/hk/diamond).
   b.Registration & Card Binding: Access the U Rewards promotion page via UnionPay App to complete lucky draw registration and bind eligible cards prior to consumption. One-time binding of each eligible card shall automatically apply to the Participant for Monthly and Quarterly Lucky Draws respectively. Each eligible card shall be calculated independently.
   c.Completion of Eligible Transactions: Conduct qualified payments via permitted channels; all transactions generated before registration shall not be counted. Accumulated Eligible Transactions will be automatically updated on the next calendar day (T+1) on the U Rewards platform.
   d.Activation of Draw Entries: Upon meeting the applicable spending threshold, Participants will receive an SMS notification and must redeem their draw entries by tapping the designated redemption button via the U Rewards platform. Participants who meet the Quarterly Lucky Draw spending threshold shall automatically qualify for the Monthly Lucky Draw within the same period.
   e.Lucky Draw Membership & Lucky Draw Platform One-time Registration: Cross-platform login is required upon the first entry to the lucky draw platform. New Participants shall submit full name and email address to complete unified membership registration for notification and identity verification purposes. Participants can view and manage all draw entry records via the membership account on the lucky draw platform.
   f.Record Enquiry & Draw Schedule: All participation records are available for real-time viewing on the lucky draw platform.
   g.Enquiry of Draw Results: Winning information shall be available via designated newspapers, official promotion website, or email alerts on the result release date.
   h.Winner Notification & Prize Redemption: Concierge emails will be sent to winners one-on-one. Winners shall return to the U Rewards platform and redirect to the lucky draw platform, complete identity verification via registered email address to claim e-vouchers. All prizes shall be redeemed and utilized within the validity period specified by relevant merchants.
   Compliance Audit Arrangement: UnionPay reserves the absolute right to audit all participation, binding and transaction records at any stage throughout and after the Promotion Period. Any act violating any clause of these Terms and Conditions will lead to immediate disqualification of the relevant Participant and permanent forfeiture of all prizes and draw entitlements already issued or to be issued.
3. Eligibility
   a.The Promotion is open to cardholders (“Participants”) holding a valid UnionPay Diamond Prestige, Diamond, or Platinum Card issued in Hong Kong or Macau (“Eligible Card”).
   b.Participants holding a UnionPay Diamond Prestige Card or UnionPay Diamond Card are eligible to participate in the Monthly Lucky Draws and Quarterly Lucky Draw. Participants holding a UnionPay Platinum Card are eligible to participate in the Monthly Lucky Draws.
   c.Participants must register for the Promotion on the UnionPay U Rewards platform (via UnionPay App) and bind their Eligible Card to participate and conduct Eligible Transactions.
   d.Multiple Eligible Cards held under a single participant shall be calculated separately.
   e.Card accounts must remain valid, in good standing (including not overdue, frozen, suspended, cancelled, or terminated), and not in arrears throughout the Promotion Period and at the time of prize fulfilment. If the Eligible Card becomes overdue, frozen, suspended, cancelled, or terminated at any time between the draw date and the completion of prize redemption, UnionPay reserves the absolute right to invalidate the Participant's draw entries and revoke any awarded prize entitlement.
4. Eligible Transactions and Transaction Display
   Definition of “Local”, “Overseas”, and “POS” – For the purpose of this Promotion:
   “Local Transaction” means a transaction conducted within the issuing region of the Eligible Card. For Hong Kong-issued Eligible Cards, this refers to transactions conducted within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; for Macau-issued Eligible Cards, this refers to transactions conducted within the Macau Special Administrative Region.
   “Overseas Transaction” means a transaction conducted outside the issuing region of the Eligible Card.
   “POS” or “Point-of-Sale” means an instore physical terminal or device where cardholders present their Eligible Card for payment. POS transactions include card swipes, chip insertions, or contactless taps performed at merchant terminals.
   a.Eligible Transactions
   
   • For local transactions, Eligible Transactions shall include those made via UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay Online Payment, and via wallets including WeChat Pay HK, AlipayHK, and Macau Pass.
   • For overseas transactions, all transaction methods shall be deemed Eligible Transactions, including UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay Online Payment, and POS transactions with physical card.
   • For supporting wallet banking apps to conduct Eligible Transactions: UnionPay App, HSBC HK Reward+, BEA Mobile, ICBC (Asia), CCB (HK&MO) Mobile App, PayMe by HSBC, BOCOM (HK) Mobile Banking, OmyCard, AEON HK, BOC Macau, ICBC Mobile Banking, BNU, Tai Fung Pay, HSBC Macau, and LusoPay. All wallet top-up funds must be made originally from Eligible Cards.
   • Eligibility for the Lucky Draw shall be determined based on the transaction date and time. Only Eligible Transactions made within the applicable Promotion Period shall qualify for the Lucky Draw.
   b.Non-eligible Transactions
   POS transactions (for local transactions); ATM withdrawals or cash advances; bank transfers or fund transfers; any cancelled, reversed, disputed, or refunded transactions; transactions that are not successfully posted; transactions that are rejected, unauthorized, or fraudulent; and any transaction types not recognized by the UnionPay system.
   c.Settlement & Calculation Rules
   
   • All transaction amounts shall be calculated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) based on the UnionPay network settlement date. For overseas transactions, all amounts shall be reflected in HKD, converted at the UnionPay exchange rate of the UnionPay system.
   • Refunded or cancelled transactions shall be deducted from accumulated transaction.
   • UnionPay system records regarding transaction eligibility and posting status shall be deemed final and conclusive.
   • If any refund or cancelled transaction causes the Participant’s accumulated Eligible Transactions to fall below the spending threshold required to obtain relevant draw entries, UnionPay reserves the right to revoke all corresponding draw entries previously issued to the Participant. In the event that the Participant has already been drawn as a winner, UnionPay may disqualify the winner and withdraw the prize entitlement without prior notice.
5. How to Earn Lucky Draw Entries
   Eligibility is based on accumulated spending calculated on a per Eligible Card basis. All accumulated Eligible Transactions from the Monthly Lucky Draw periods shall be fully carried forward and counted towards the cumulative quarterly transaction pool for the Quarterly Lucky Draw-. Participants who qualify for the Quarterly Lucky Draw shall automatically qualify for the Monthly Lucky Draw within the same Promotion Period.
   a.Monthly Lucky Draw Entries (single-month cycle: September / October / November 2026)
   HKD 3,000 in Eligible Transactions – 1 draw entry; maximum 3 draw entries per Eligible Card per month (HKD 9,000 transaction cap)
   b.Quarterly Lucky Draw Entries (cumulative period: 1 September – 29 November 2026)
   HKD 10,000 in Eligible Transactions – 1 draw entry
   HKD 30,000 in Eligible Transactions – 2 draw entries
   HKD 60,000 in Eligible Transactions – 3 draw entries
   HKD 90,000 in Eligible Transactions – 4 draw entries
   HKD 120,000 in Eligible Transactions – 5 draw entries
   HKD 150,000 in Eligible Transactions – 6 draw entries
   Maximum 6 draw entries per Eligible Card per quarter (HKD 150,000 transaction cap)
   c.Calculation Example for Reference
   For one Eligible Card:
   
   • If a Participant has made HKD 10,500 Eligible Transactions in September, only HKD 9,000 (the monthly transaction cap) will be calculated for monthly draw entries, with a maximum of 3 entries. The excess HKD 1,500 will not be counted for monthly draw calculation, but the full HKD 10,500 will be included in quarterly cumulative transaction except for UnionPay Platinum Card.
   e.Redeem Lucky Draw Entries
   Upon meeting the spending threshold, Participants must redeem their draw entries by clicking the designated redemption button via the UnionPay App U Rewards platform before the applicable draw entry cut-off time.
   
   • 1st Monthly Lucky Draw (September 2026): The draw entry cut-off time is 1 October 2026.
   • 2nd Monthly Lucky Draw (October 2026): The draw entry cut-off time is 1 November 2026.
   • 3rd Monthly Lucky Draw (November 2026): The draw entry cut-off time is 30 November 2026.
   • Quarterly Lucky Draw: The draw entry cut-off time is 30 November 2026.
6. Draw Events
   During the Promotion Period, the following Lucky Draws will be conducted:
   
   • 1st Monthly Lucky Draw (September 2026): Eligible Transactions made from 1 September to 30 September 2026.
   • 2nd Monthly Lucky Draw (October 2026): Eligible Transactions made from 1 October to 31 October 2026.
   • 3rd Monthly Lucky Draw (November 2026): Eligible Transactions made from 1 November to 29 November 2026.
   • Quarterly Lucky Draw: Eligible Transactions made from 1 September to 29 November 2026.
7. Draw Schedule
   Each Lucky Draw shall be conducted on the second calendar day of the month immediately following the applicable transaction period. If the second calendar day falls on a public holiday, the Lucky Draw shall be conducted on the next business day thereafter.
   
   • 1st Monthly Lucky Draw: 2 October 2026
   
   • 2nd Monthly Lucky Draw: 2 November 2026
   
   • 3rd Monthly Lucky Draw and Quarterly Lucky Draw: 2 December 2026
8. Prizes
   a.All Prizes will be distributed in the form of evouchers. Details of the Prizes will be available on the Promotion Website (www.egal-asia.com/unionpay/luckydraw).
   b.According to the Draw Schedule, a predetermined number of Lucky Draw Winners (“Winners”) will be randomly drawn by computer from among the eligible draw entries in each round of the Lucky Draw.
   c.Monthly Lucky Draw (215 prizes per draw round)
   
   • First Prize: 2 × Michelin-starred restaurant dining for 2 persons (valued HKD 3,200 each)
   • Second Prize: 26 x signature afternoon tea for 2 persons (valued HKD 500 each) / 6 x dining credits for 2 persons (valued HKD 500 each)
   • Third Prize: 35 × spa vouchers (valued HKD 300 each)
   • Fourth Prize: 50 x nutritional vouchers (valued HKD 200 each) / 50 x fitness centre vouchers (valued HKD 200 each) / 46 x football training vouchers (valued HKD 200 each)
   d.Quarterly Lucky Draw (30 prizes in total)
   
   • First Prize: 1 × two-person private jet travel package departing from Hong Kong to Bangkok, Thailand. The only valid travel period is 11 November 2027 to 14 November 2027. The package includes outbound private jet flight, commercial business-class return flight, and three nights’ 5-star hotel accommodation in Bangkok, with a total stated value of HKD 573,200. The winner and companion must travel together with Winners from other phases on the same private jet within the fixed travel window. Any travel arrangement not confirmed within this period will be automatically void and cannot be rescheduled.
   • Second Prize: 1 × travel voucher (valued HKD 6,000)
   • Third Prize: 12 × Shenzhen Grande Premiere Resort 2D1N stays (valued HKD 3,800 each)
   • Fourth Prize: 7 x Hong Kong 5-star hotel 2D1N staycation packages (valued HKD 3,800 each) / 3 x Macau 5-star hotel 2D1N staycation packages (valued HKD 3,800 each)
   • Fifth Prize: 6 × private club dining for 2 persons (valued HKD 2,000 each)
   e.UnionPay shall not bear any liability for travel documents, entry visas, visa fees, or visa refusal issues. The winner and companion shall solely be responsible for preparing valid passports, Thai entry visas, and all required travel credentials.
   f.All Winners irrevocably consent that UnionPay may use their registered names, photographs, travel footage, interview content, and other related image/text materials for free marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes across all online and offline channels without additional remuneration, within a reasonable period after the draw. If a winner refuses such publicity use, UnionPay reserves the right to cancel the winner’s prize entitlement.
   g.All Prizes are non-cash rewards and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit dollars, rebates, stored value, transaction credits, or any monetary equivalent. All Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable to any third party, and no cash redemption of any Prize shall be permitted under any circumstances.
   h.All Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers or merchants.
   i.The standard validity period of Prizes is 3 months from the date of issuance; however, the final validity shall be subject to the terms stated on the issued e-voucher.
9. Announcement of Lucky Draw Results
   a.The results of each Lucky Draw will be published in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily on 9 October 2026, 9 November 2026, and 9 December 2026, respectively. The results will also be announced on the Promotion website (www.egal-asia.com/unionpay/luckydraw) on the same day as the respective draws.
   b.The result announcement will display the Winner’s partial registered name and partial email address for identification purposes.
   c.Winners will also receive email notification.
   d.Participants are welcome to email premiumhk@unionpayintl.com or call at (+852) 2169 0108 (Hong Kong) and (+853) 6262 6324 (Macau) to verify the Winner’s qualification.
10. Prize Redemption and Use
    a.Prizes may consist of travel experiences, hotel stays, dining experiences, and merchant vouchers, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective merchants.
    b.All Prizes must be utilized within the validity period specified on the e-voucher upon prize issuance. All schedules, blackout dates, and booking arrangements shall apply.
    c.All vouchers are governed by the issuing merchant’s terms and cannot be reissued if lost, damaged, or expired.
11. Rights of UnionPay; Disqualification
    a.UnionPay’s Discretion: UnionPay reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine a person’s eligibility to participate in the Promotion and/or receive any prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. UnionPay may review eligibility at any time, whether during or after the Promotion Period.
    b.Grounds for Disqualification: UnionPay may, without prior notice, disqualify any Participant from the Promotion and/or prize entitlement if the Participant:
    
    • breaches or fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.
    • provides false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
    • engages in any abusive, dishonest, fraudulent, manipulative, suspicious, or irregular transaction activities.
    • tampers with or attempts to interfere with the operation of the Promotion.
    • makes false declarations or representations.
    • uses, registers, or participates with accounts, cards, mobile devices, or registrations not belonging to them.
    • fails to provide valid identification or verification documents upon request.
    • fails to comply with any prize collection procedures or deadlines.
    • violates any applicable laws or regulations.
    c.Revocation or Reclaiming of Prizes: If a Participant is disqualified, UnionPay may, at its discretion, withhold, cancel, revoke, or reclaim any prize that has been awarded, is pending award, or was awarded in error or obtained through misconduct.
    d.Final Decision: All decisions made by UnionPay regarding eligibility, disqualification, verification, transaction validity, or prize entitlement shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
    e.Tax Responsibilities: Winners are solely responsible, at their own cost, for complying with all applicable legal requirements, including the payment of any taxes, duties, levies, or charges arising from or in connection with the receipt or use of any prize. UnionPay shall not be liable for such obligations.
12. Liability
    a.UnionPay is not the suppliers of the products and/or services offered under this Promotion. Any description, photograph, reference price, or other information relating to such products and/or services is provided by the respective merchants, operators, or service providers and is for reference only. UnionPay makes no representation or warranty as to accuracy, completeness, quality, availability, or fitness for purpose of such products, services, or information. Any enquiry, claim, or complaint relating to the products and/or services, including their quality, availability, or the accuracy of the relevant information, should be directed to the respective merchants, operators, or service providers. UnionPay shall not be liable for any matters arising therefrom.
    b.UnionPay shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, accident, damage, inconvenience, delay, or cancellation arising from the enjoyment, use, or redemption of any Prize, or due to any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events or any acts, omissions, or failures of third parties.
    UnionPay is not liable for delays or errors in transaction posting or data transmission; any system, mobile app, network, or technical issues; any loss or dispute arising from third-party suppliers, merchants, or service providers.
13. General
    a.Personal data collected for this Promotion will be used solely for administration, verification, prize fulfilment, and related purposes, in accordance with the UnionPay’s Privacy Policy. Upon full completion of all draw activities, prize redemption procedures, and all relevant dispute handling periods of the Promotion, all collected personal data of Participants will be securely destroyed or permanently anonymized within 90 calendar days.
    b.The Promotion is held in Hong Kong. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Hong Kong.
    c.If any conflict arises between the information provided in the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    d.The Promotion is subject to the prevailing regulatory requirements.
    e.In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
    f.In case of any dispute, the records and decisions of UnionPay shall be final and conclusive.
    g.By participating in the Promotion, Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
