Terms and Conditions for DragonPass Airport Limousine Service
These Terms and Conditions for the DragonPass Airport Limousine Service (“the Service”) are issued by DragonPass for eligible premium UnionPay Hong Kong credit cardholders entitled to airport limousine pickup and drop-off services. Customers should read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
UnionPay Diamond Card and Diamond Prestige Card issued in Hong Kong and Macau are eligible to register and redeem. Cardholders who spend HK$/MOP 4,000 within each phase may book a one-way luxury car transfer at RMB 250*. Routes include Beijing and Shanghai to local airports, and Shenzhen Bao’an Airport to downtown Hong Kong, as well as Hong Kong Airport to downtown Hong Kong or Macau. The promotion is conducted in phases. Registration is required for each phase separately, and spending requirements are calculated on a phase by phase basis without carry over across phases:
Cardholders must accumulate a minimum spending of HKD/MOP 4,000 via the UnionPay network in any phase during the promotion period to be eligible for the privilege. Qualifying transactions include those made via UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay QuickPass, or UnionPay Online Payment. In store POS card swipes and ATM transactions are excluded. Eligibility of transactions shall be finally determined by the UnionPay system.
Transaction amounts will be calculated in HKD or MOP based on the UnionPay network settlement date. Only local transactions with locally issued cards are eligible (Hong Kong-issued cards in HKD; Macao-issued cards in MOP). Refunded or cancelled transactions will be deducted from accumulated spending. Spending in different currencies cannot be combined. UnionPay reserves the right to adjust the promotion terms without prior notice.
Qualifying transactions will generally be reflected on the “U Rewards” platform within one business day, subject to actual system posting time. Posting may be delayed due to pre-authorization, transaction reversals, system processing, network settlement and other factors. All transaction details including time and amount are subject to UnionPay system records.
Upon meeting the spending requirement, Cardholders will receive an SMS notification on the following day. Meeting the spending threshold or completing registration does not guarantee entitlement to the privilege. Privileges will be allocated according to the date and time when the spending requirement is fulfilled, subject to phase-specific quotas on a first-come, first-served basis until fully redeemed. If quotas for a phase are exhausted, eligible Cardholders will not receive the privilege and no compensation shall be provided.
After redemption of the benefits, a voucher code will be issued, which is valid for two calendar months starting from the date of claim. Cardholders may make reservations and redeem the voucher code anytime within the validity term. Should a reservation be cancelled during the valid period, the voucher code remains usable for rebooking. Vouchers redeemed in previous campaigns but not yet consumed will not affect the cardholder’s eligibility for registration or tier assessment in subsequent phases.
No notification will be sent for full privilege allocation. Cardholders shall check voucher status on the UnionPay Rewards platform. Privileges are final and non-revocable once issued.
Cardholders who fail to meet the spending requirement, or who meet the requirement but miss out due to quota exhaustion, may re register in subsequent phases subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Upon receiving the eligibility SMS, Cardholders may log in to the “U Rewards” platform, go to “My Vouchers”, select the privilege and book the airport limousine service. After entering booking details, please complete payment as prompted. A confirmation will be shown upon successful payment. In case of payment failure or timeout, the booking shall be invalid and the privilege will be returned to Cardholder’s account within 30 minutes.
Upon successful booking, vehicle and driver details will be sent via SMS to Cardholder’s registered mobile number 6 hours before the service. Please keep your phone reachable for confirmation by our staff or driver.
Any extended waiting beyond the complimentary period requires prior notice to the driver. Waiting fee is CNY 35 per 15 minutes, charged in 15-minute blocks. Any part of 15 minutes will be charged as a full block.
Use of the privilege is also subject to the service provider’s terms and conditions, including specific rules for airport limousine services and any additional fees that may apply.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service will reinstate the voucher. No changes or cancellations allowed within 24 hours of the service time. No-show, late arrival, or late cancellation/modification will be regarded as voucher utilized. All paid fees and quotas are non-refundable.
Airport limousine services are point to point only, with no stops, detours, route changes or extra pick up/drop off points. Service is unavailable outside designated zones.
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau cross-border limousine services may be delayed due to customs inspections, immigration checks, port controls and other uncontrollable factors. The service provider shall not be liable for breach, delay compensation or additional costs arising from user caused delays or itinerary changes. Please allow sufficient clearance time.
Vehicles are assigned randomly within the same class. Business models include Mercedes Benz V Class, Buick GL8, Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire or equivalent. Maximum capacity: 6 passengers (excluding driver) and 4 pieces of 24 inch luggage. Vehicle model or brand selection is not allowed.

Fees cover car rental, tolls and parking. Baby seats are available free of charge upon request in the booking order.
Privileges must be collected, redeemed and used within the specified validity period. Expiry shall be deemed waiver of rights with no compensation from UnionPay International.
Privileges are for personal use only, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and may not be used for commercial or resale purposes or exchanged for cash, goods or services. UnionPay International reserves the right to revoke privileges in case of abuse.
To ensure fairness, UnionPay International reserves the right to restrict participation, disqualify Cardholders or revoke issued privileges without prior notice in cases including but not limited to:
(i) suspected fraudulent or illegal transactions;
(ii) violation of promotion rules or abusive technical means (e.g. exploiting system vulnerabilities, unauthorized tools or plug-ins to obtain privileges);
(iii) prior disqualification from UnionPay International promotions due to violations.
By participating, cardholders consent to UnionPay International collecting and using personal data (name, mobile number, email) solely for promotion administration and privilege issuance. Consent may be withdrawn by unlinking the card.
All promotion timings are based on UnionPay International system time (Beijing Time). UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the promotion under force majeure events with prior announcement.
Personal data is used solely for legitimate and specific purposes related to this privilege.
UnionPay International reserves the right of final decision in relation to the promotion and privileges to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the final right of interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
UnionPay International reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice
In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acknowledgement, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
