  • All bookings are final and non-refundable/non-changeable once confirmed.

Terms & Conditions
  1. The redemption period for the Travel Rewards – Asian Getaway for 2 persons (3 Days 2 Nights) – is from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive. The spending period for the target spending requirement (“Spending Period”) is from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, with a cumulative spending amount exceeding HK$330,000 during the period from 1 September 2025 to 31 December 2025. The travel period is valid until 31 March 2026.
  2. The Travel Rewards applies to the UnionPay Diamond Prestige principal credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who have achieved the target spending requirement to 1,000,000, using eligible credit cards issued by UnionPay-approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau SAR (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. To enjoy the Travel Rewards, Cardholders are required to achieve the target spending requirement with accumulated eligible transactions (“Eligible Transactions”) as defined below during the Spending Period using the same Eligible Card prior to redemption of a given Travel Reward. Redemption for the Travel Rewards will not be processed without proof of Eligible Transactions. Note: HKD, MOP, and CNY spending will be combined to calculate Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1.
  4. The following transactions will not be counted towards the target spending requirement: transactions not posted, cash advances, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-ups, instalment loans, instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded.
  5. All Eligible Transactions are based on the transaction dates as shown on the monthly credit card statements. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same credit card account will be counted collectively.
  6. Cardholders are entitled to redeem the Travel Rewards one time in connection with one designated Travel Reward tour/package during the Redemption Period, subject to quota availability. Each transaction proof can only be used for one redemption and is non-transferable to another Travel Reward once the redemption is confirmed.
  7. All Travel Rewards are subject to quotas, availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service provider’s rules and regulations. The Travel Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  8. Each redemption submission is for a single cardholder.
  9. Monthly redemption quota applies. Redemptions open on the first day of each month and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  10. Each transaction is eligible for a single redemption and cannot be reused for other programs.
  11. The Travel Rewards are personal and to be utilized exclusively by the Cardholder plus one guest.
  12. The Travel Rewards are strictly not for sale. UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“UnionPay”) reserves the right to cancel any Travel Rewards that have been resold.

Redemption for the Travel Rewards must be made through the Aspire Lifestyles Concierge Hotline via phone at +852 2603 9512 or by email at upi.cardbenefits@aspirelifestyles.com. And it requires at least 7 days to processing.
  14. When making the redemption, Cardholders are required to provide their personal information, including full names and card numbers (as shown on the Eligible Cards), along with contact phone numbers, email addresses, and monthly credit card statements as proof of Eligible Transactions.
  15. After successful redemption, Cardholders will receive a confirmation by email. The service provider of the Travel Rewards, Asia Travel will arrange the bookings of the designated Travel Reward tours/packages.
  16. The booking must be made with Aspire Travel at least 14 business days prior to the start date of the travel and is subject to availability, capacity control, and the respective booking policies of the applicable airlines, hotels, packages, car rental, tours, and activities providers. The Travel Rewards are subject to blackout dates.
  17. The first departure date of the selected designated travel package must be not later than 31 March 2026.
  18. No cancellation or amendment will be allowed once the booking is confirmed. Once a booking is made with a registered name, the traveler’s name cannot be changed.
  19. The Travel Rewards can be redeemed for two travelers for the same travel package. The two travelers must travel and check in together, take the same outbound and inbound flights and share the same hotel room for the entire journey.
  20. Cardholders understand and accept that limousine service providers designated by ASPIRE TRAVEL at its reasonable discretion, are the direct suppliers of the Service (“Direct Suppliers”). The travelling route is subject to the discretion of ASPIRE TRAVEL and Direct Suppliers.
  21. Luggage must be safely secured in a closed trunk/luggage compartment for services to be rendered. Any booking which exceeds the maximum passenger and/or luggage capacity of the vehicle will not be accepted. As a general reference, a 6-seater MPV is a total of 4 standard-size suitcases.
  22. Passengers who fail to comply with the local traffic regulations (e.g. illegal boarding on the vehicle / drop off at restricted zones) shall be liable for all penalties and legal liabilities caused to ASPIRE TRAVEL, Direct Suppliers, respective drivers, and respective vehicle owners. Passengers should keep the vehicles clean and tidy during the use of the vehicle.
  23. ASPIRE TRAVEL and Direct Suppliers reserve the right to refuse the Service to any passenger who causes to disrupt the limousine operation or if there is any safety concern.
  24. The Card Company, UnionPay, ASPIRE TRAVEL, and Direct Suppliers shall not undertake any responsibility for any loss (including those related to delays) due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ASPIRE TRAVEL and the Direct Suppliers, including but not limited to inclement weather, typhoon, rainstorm, traffic jam, temporary political enforcement and rerouting. In any such event, ASPIRE TRAVEL shall have the sole discretion to suspend the Service without accepting any responsibility for any losses or damages.
  25. All scheduled Services will be suspended under the following conditions: (1) Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory or other respective governing bodies; and (2) within 2 hours from the time Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled.
  26. Any injury or death caused by, or connected with in any form, any accident will be covered by the respective motor vehicle insurance policy of the Direct Suppliers under the local authorities. The Card Company, UnionPay, and ASPIRE TRAVEL will not assume any responsibility for any liability or damages as a result of Cardholders or any other person’s use of the Service.
  27. All expenses, including but not limited to meals, taxes or duties, gratuities, excess baggage, travel and personal insurance, personal and transport expenses, visa fees and travel documents, optional tours, hotel and air-ticket class upgrades, vaccinations, testing, and any other measures, and any other incidental expenses in conjunction with the travel packages redeemed are not included, unless otherwise specified.
  28. If the value of the Travel Reward package chosen exceeds the specified Travel Rewards, the Cardholders will have to pay the difference with the Diamond Prestige card. If the value is less than the specified Travel Rewards, the difference will not be refunded to the Cardholders.
  29. The Travel Rewards cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, membership privileges, gift certificates, credit letters, discounts or coupons, or exchanged for cash, other products or services.
  30. The personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary to provide the service. Authorized partners may not use this information for any other purposes.
  31. The Travel Rewards program is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the associated service providers. Aspire Travel and the associated service providers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions of the program, and to terminate the program at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. UnionPay, Aspire Travel, and the associated service providers accept no liability for any such changes.
  32. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay and Aspire Travel reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilize the program without prior notice.
  33. In case of any disputes arising from this program, the decision of Aspire Travel shall be final and conclusive.
  34. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  35. The Travel Rewards do not apply to internal employees of UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
