General Terms & Conditions
  1. The redemption period (“Redemption Period”) for the specified Luxury Rewards (“Luxury Rewards”) is from 16 August 2024 to 15 August 2025, both dates inclusive. The spending period to account for the eligible monthly credit card statement cycles (“Spending Period”) is from 1 June 2024 to 30 June 2025.
  2. The Luxury Rewards applies to the UnionPay Diamond Prestige principal credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who have achieved the target spending requirement (as set out in clause 3 below), using eligible credit cards issued by UnionPay-approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. To enjoy the Luxury Rewards, Cardholders are required to achieve the target spending requirement with accumulated eligible transactions (“Eligible Transactions”) of HKD/MOP/CNY 50,000 over two consecutive monthly credit card statement cycles during the Spending Period using the same Eligible Card prior to the redemption. Redemption for the Luxury Rewards will not be processed without proof of Eligible Transactions. Note: HKD, MOP, and CNY spending will be combined to calculate Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1.
  4. The following transactions will not be counted towards the target spending requirement: transactions not posted, cash advances, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-ups, instalment loans, instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been canceled or refunded.
  5. All Eligible Transactions are based on the transaction dates as shown on the monthly credit card statements. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same credit card account will be counted collectively.
  6. Cardholders are entitled to redeem the selected Luxury Rewards a maximum of six times during the Redemption Period, subject to quota availability. Each transaction proof can only be used for one redemption and is non-transferable to another reward once the redemption is confirmed.
  7. All Luxury Rewards are subject to quotas, availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service providers’ rules and regulations. The Luxury Rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  8. The Luxury Rewards are personal and to be utilized exclusively by the Cardholders. The Luxury Rewards are strictly not for sale. UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“UnionPay”) reserves the right to cancel any Luxury Rewards that have been resold.
  9. Redemption for the Luxury Rewards must be made through the UnionPay Prestige Concierge Hotline via phone at +852 2169 0908 / +853 6262 6326 or by email at prestigehk@unionpayintl.com, and it requires at least 30 business days for processing.
  10. When making the redemption, Cardholders are required to provide their personal information, including full names and card numbers (as shown on the Eligible Cards), along with contact phone numbers, email addresses, and monthly credit card statements as proof of Eligible Transactions.
  11. The Luxury Rewards cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, membership privileges, gift certificates, discounts or coupons, or exchanged for cash, other products or services.
  12. The personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary to provide the service. Authorized partners may not use this information for any other purposes.
  13. UnionPay Prestige Concierge is a service provided by Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”). All references to UnionPay Prestige Concierge refer to EGAL.
  14. The Luxury Rewards program is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the respective participating merchants. EGAL and the respective participating merchants reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions of the program, and to terminate the program at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. UnionPay, EGAL, and the respective participating merchants accept no liability for any such changes.
  15. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay and EGAL reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilize the program without prior notice.
  16. UnionPay and EGAL accept no liability for any termination of participating merchants or the program and will not provide advance or separate notification to Cardholders of such changes or terminations.
  17. In case of any disputes arising from this program, the decision of EGAL and/or the respective participating merchants shall be final and conclusive.
  18. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  19. The Luxury Rewards do not apply to internal employees of UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
Luxury Reward - Dining Privilege
  1. The Luxury Reward - Dining Privilege (“Dining Reward”) can be used at the designated restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai (“Restaurants”).
  2. The Dining Reward is for two guests and includes two complimentary designated set menus at the selected Restaurant on a single day.
  3. After successful redemption, Cardholders will receive a confirmation by email, which can be used to make the dining reservation through the UnionPay Prestige Concierge.
  4. Reservations for the Dining Reward must be made via the UnionPay Prestige Concierge only and are subject to availability. The Restaurants do not accept bookings through other channels or walk-ins.
  5. The designated set menus may be changed from time to time.
  6. The Dining Reward is not available on specific dates, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Good Friday, Chinese Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, National Day, Halloween, and Mid-Autumn Festival (unless otherwise specified). Additional blackout dates may apply.
  7. Guests who fail to show up will be charged for the full value and the Dining Reward will be deemed used.
  8. Cardholders are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Restaurants.
Luxury Rewards - Spa Privilege
  1. The Luxury Rewards - Spa Privilege (“Spa Reward”) can be used at the designated prestigious spa centers in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, or Zhuhai (“Spa Centers”).
  2. The Spa Reward is for one guest and includes one complimentary designated signature spa treatment, a welcome drink, and access to spa facilities.
  3. After successful redemption, Cardholders will receive a spa voucher, which is required while making the reservation via the Spa Center hotline.
  4. Reservations for the Spa Reward must be made through the Spa Center hotline only and are subject to availability. The Spa Centers do not accept bookings through other channels or walk-ins.
  5. The facility opening hours of the Spa Centers may be subject to change. Blackout dates apply. Facilities and treatments may be subject to change. In such instances, there is no obligation to refund or exchange the reward.
  6. No refund or exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement, or cancellation. The Spa Reward will be deemed used if the guest does not cancel the scheduled appointment according to the cancellation policy of Spa Centers.
  7. Guests enjoying the Spa Reward do so at their own risk. Guests voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidentals whether occurring before, during, or after using the Spa Reward.
  8. The Spa Centers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of other guests without refund or compensation. Guests who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately, or refuse to comply with requests made by the Spa Centers will be evicted from the Spa Centers without any refund or compensation.
  9. Cardholders are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Spa Centers.
