General Terms & Conditions
  1. 1.The redemption period (“Redemption Period”) for the specified Luxury Rewards (“Program”) is from 28 November 2023 to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive.
  2. 2.The Program applies to the principal UnionPay Diamond Prestige credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who have achieved the target spending requirement. The credit cards shall be issued by UnionPay-approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. 3.All retail purchases, autopay transactions, Octopus reloading, Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, and online bill payments are eligible (“Eligible Transactions”).
  4. 4.The following transactions will not be counted towards the spending requirement: transactions not posted, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-ups, instalment loans, instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been canceled or refunded.
  5. The 2023 calendar year starts from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
  6. 6.Cardholders are required to have accumulated Eligible Transactions of HKD50,000 or above over two consecutive statement cycles in the 2023 calendar year using the same Eligible Card prior to making the redemption for the Program (HKD, MOP, and CNY spending will be combined to calculate Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1). Redemption for the Program will not be processed without proof of Eligible Transactions.
  7. 7.All Eligible Transactions must be posted based on the transaction dates as shown on the monthly credit card statement. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same credit card account will be counted collectively.
  8. 8.Cardholders are entitled to redeem the selected Luxury Reward benefit (“Benefit”) a maximum of six times during the Redemption Period, subject to quota availability. Each transaction proof can only be used for one redemption and is non-transferable to another Benefit once the redemption is confirmed.
  9. 9.All Benefits are subject to quotas, availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service providers’ rules and regulations. The Benefits are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  10. The Benefits are personal and to be utilized exclusively by the Cardholders. The Benefits are strictly not for sale. UnionPay International reserves the right to cancel any Benefit that has been resold.
  11. 11.Redemption for the Program must be made through the UnionPay Prestige Concierge Hotline via phone at +852 2169 0908 / +853 6262 6326 or by email at prestigehk@unionpayintl.com, and it requires at least 30 business days for processing.
  12. 12.Upon making any redemption, Cardholders must provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards), mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and monthly credit card statements as proof of Eligible Transactions.
  13. The Benefit cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, membership privileges, gift certificates, discounts or coupons, or exchanged for cash, other products or services.
  14. 14.The personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary to provide the service. Authorized partners may not use this information for any other purposes.
  15. 15.UnionPay Prestige Concierge is a service provided by Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”). All references to UnionPay Prestige Concierge refer to EGAL.
  16. 16.The Program is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the respective participating merchants. UnionPay International, DiningCity, and the respective participating merchants reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions of the Program, and to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. UnionPay International, DiningCity, and the respective participating merchants accept no liability for any such changes.
  17. 17.In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and DiningCity reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilize the Program without prior notice.
  18. UnionPay International and DiningCity accept no liability for any termination of participating merchants or the Program and will not provide advance or separate notification to Cardholders of such changes or terminations.
  19. 19.In case of any disputes arising from this Program, the decision of UnionPay International, DiningCity, and/or the respective participating merchants shall be final and conclusive.
  20. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  21. 21.The Program does not apply to internal employees of UnionPay International (Hong Kong) Limited.
Luxury Reward - Spa Privilege
  1. The Luxury Reward - Spa Privilege (“Spa Privilege Reward”) can be used at the designated prestigious spa centers in Hong Kong and Macau (“Spa Centers”).
  2. The Spa Privilege Reward is for one guest and includes one complimentary designated signature spa treatment, a welcome drink, refreshments, and access to luxury heat and water facilities.
  3. After successful redemption, Cardholders will receive a spa voucher code by email, which is required while making the reservation via the Spa Center hotline.
  4. Reservations for the Spa Privilege Reward must be made through the Spa Center hotline only and are subject to availability. The Spa Centers do not accept bookings through other channels or walk-ins.

  6. The facility opening hours of the Spa Centers may be subject to change. Blackout dates apply. Facilities and treatments may be subject to change. In such instances, there is no obligation to refund or exchange the Benefit.
  7. No refund or exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement, or cancellation. The Spa Privilege Reward will be deemed used if the guest does not cancel the scheduled appointment according to the cancellation policy of Spa Centers.
  8. Guests enjoying the Spa Privilege Reward do so at their own risk. Guests voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidentals whether occurring before, during, or after attending the Spa Privilege Reward. UnionPay and the Spa Centers are not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, liability, or death howsoever caused.
  9. The Spa Centers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of other guests without refund or compensation. Guests who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately, or refuse to comply with requests made by the Spa Centers will be evicted from the Spa Centers without any refund or compensation.
  10. Cardholders are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Spa Centers.
