I. Background

Effective May 1, 2026, the service provider for Diamond Prestige lounge will change. Consequently, the lounge network, entry process, and benefits will be adjusted in phases as detailed below.

II. Airport Lounge Visit

Phase 1: May 1 – May 21,2026

1. Lounge Network

Some previous lounge benefits will be discontinued. For example, access to Plaza Premium First (previously available with an additional HKD 300 payment) will no longer be offered. 2. Entry Process

• Instead of presenting the UnionPay Diamond Prestige Card, Cardholders will need to obtain a QR access code to enter the lounge.
• They must contact the UPI concierge team before use (phone or email)——For Hong Kong cardholder: 852-2169 0108；For Macau cardholder: 853-6262 6324; Email: premiumhk@unionpayintl.com (24/7 service)
• After identity verification, the concierge will assist cardholders in completing registration on a designated website.
• The system will send a one-time QR access code to the cardholder's registered email address.
• Cardholders must present the QR access code for lounge entry.
• The entire process, from registration to receiving the QR access code, is estimated to take 5-10 minutes, depending on call volume. To avoid any impact on travel plans due to limited availability or other factors, cardholders are advised to contact the concierge at least 3 days prior to their travel date to apply.

3. Benefits & Usage

• Each cardholder may receive up to one lounge visit during this phase. The one-time QR access code is for single-use and non-transferrable.
• Only 200 slots are available in this phase, limited and first come, first served.

Phase 2: May 22 – Dec 31, 2026

1. Lounge Network

Same as Phase 1: access to Plaza Premium First (with additional HKD 300 payment) is discontinued. Please refer to the website for the new lounge list: https://loungekey.com/zh-HK/unionpay2024/our-lounges

2.Entry Process

No advance registration is required. Cardholders can simply swipe their Diamond Prestige Card on-site for lounge access.

3.Benefits & Usage

Each cardholder is entitled to 10 lounge visits during this phase.
