Unlimited Lounge Access with UnionPay Diamond Prestige Card

May 22, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (inclusive), UnionPay Diamond Prestige Cardholders issued in Hong Kong and Macau are entitled to 10 complimentary lounge visits during this period.
How To Use: No prior registration is required. At the lounge entrance, cardholders must inform staff of “LoungeKey™” to indicate participation in this program. The Diamond Prestige Card is then swiped on-site, and upon successful verification, lounge access will be granted.

Terms & Conditions
  1. The usage period for enjoying the Airport and China Railway Lounges Privilege by LoungeKey™ is from 22 May 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  2. The complimentary Airport and China Railway Lounges Privilege by LoungeKey™ is only applicable to principal holders of UnionPay Diamond Prestige where the bank card shall be issued in Hong Kong and Macau.
  3. The Airport and China Railway Lounges Privilege by LoungeKey™ is applicable to both eligible cardholders and accompanied guests.
  4. Cardholders can activate their LoungeKey™ membership by registering via https://www.loungekey.com/unionpaydiamondprestige2026; or enter by presenting the physical card to lounge reception staff.
  5. If the cardholder has multiple eligible UnionPay cards, they must register for separate LoungeKey™ memberships for each card to enjoy the free lounge visits. Changing the payment card number in one membership account will not increase the number of free lounge visits in the membership. And, any additional visits after the free lounge visits will be charge to member's payment card at US$35 (for airport lounges)/ US$14 (for railway lounges) per person per visit.
  6. When presenting the Means of Access on entering a Lounge or Merchant, Customer is required to inform staff that they wish to enter using Programme by referencing “LoungeKey™”. Staff will verify eligibility to enter the Lounge or Merchant by checking the Means of Access visually and then electronically recording the Means of Access through a card/code reader, taking an imprint of the Means of Access or otherwise entering the details into a secure system. Staff will also enter the number of guests, if any, accompanying Customer. If requested, Customer must sign the Record of Visit voucher, card reader screen and/or confirm by signing the electronic reader, as applicable, that the Lounge or Merchant has reflected the exact number of guests, if any, when confirming access but does not show any per person per visit charge. The charge per visit for Customer, where relevant, and that for any guests will be based on the ‘Record of Visit’ voucher/ log submitted by the Lounge or Merchant. The electronic record of Customer’s visit will be considered valid evidence of Customer accessing the Lounge or Merchant. Guests must register and enter the Lounge or Merchant location at the same time as Customer.
  7. Each eligible card is entitled to ten complimentary lounge visits until program ends. The privileges are available on a first come, first served basis.
  8. Eligible Cardholders can enjoy the designated LoungeKey™ Airport and China Railway Lounges privilege.
  9. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  11. All Airport and China Railway Lounges privilege redemptions are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service provider's rules and regulations.
  12. The redemption or performance of the benefits of the Airport and China Railway Lounges is solely the responsibility of the merchant.
  13. To guarantee your eligibility for lounge access, after your payment card is swiped at lounge, you may see a temporary charge in your payment card transaction history and some LoungeKey™ customers will receive a SMS/text message from the bank about a visit charge. This is solely a “pending” transaction and your card will NOT be charged immediately. After your eligibility is verified, the pending amount will be removed (usually within 10-14 business days).
  14. Without prejudice to local laws and regulations, LoungeKey™ has the right to modify or cancel any or all Airport and China Railway Lounges privilege redemptions without prior notice.
  15. Benefits will be provided by authorized partners and some of your personal information may be shared with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. Your personal information will only be shared for legitimate and specific purposes and will only share the personal information necessary to provide the service. Authorized partners are not authorized to use shared personal information for any other purpose.
  16. These terms and conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English contents, the Chinese version shall prevail.
