1. The promotion period is from now until 31 December 2025.
2. The Offers are only applicable to holders of UnionPay Diamond Prestige cards issued in Hong Kong and Macau.
3. The Principal Cardholder of a UnionPay Diamond Prestige card can enjoy unlimited access to the designated Plaza Premium Lounge during the promotion period with a maximum of one complimentary access per day.
4. To enjoy the offer, the Cardholder is required to present their Physical UnionPay Diamond Prestige card and boarding pass on the day of travel or the follow day at lounge reception.
5. UnionPay Diamond Prestige Cardholders can enjoy Global Plaza Premium First with top up fees of HKD$300 (or equivalent amount in local currency) per pax, payment must be settled on spot with UnionPay Card.
6. Lounge services include, but are not limited to three-hour in Plaza Premium First or Plaza Premium Lounge or two-hour (for third-party lounges in China) lounge use or Intervals Skybar 90 mins) with all-day food and beverages, Internet access, international newspaper, magazines and TV channels. Facilities vary by location and service is subject to availability.
7. Each Supplementary Cardholder of a UnionPay Diamond Prestige card and any accompany guests (age 2 years-old or older) will be charged an entrance fee of HKD$350/ MOP$350/NT$1000 for each access, which must be paid with the Cardholder’s UnionPay Card directly at Plaza Premium Lounge reception counter. (Accompany guest policy applicable only at Hong Kong Plaza Premium Lounge, Macau Plaza Premium Lounge, Taipei Plaza Premium Lounge)
8. The Service cannot be transferred, redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
9. This benefit does not apply to internal employees of UnionPay International (Hong Kong) Limited.
