Terms & Conditions
  1. The spending period (“Spending Period”) for enjoying the Dining Privilege - Buy-One-Get-One-Free (“Program”) is from 30 July 2024 to 29 July 2025 (both dates inclusive). The usage period (“Usage Period”) of the Program is from 30 September 2024 to 29 September 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  2. The Program is available to UnionPay Primary Holder of Diamond Prestige, Diamond card and commercial holders (“Cardholders”) who meet the target spending requirement. The credit cards must be issued by UnionPay-approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. To enjoy the Program, Cardholders must use the same Eligible Card for redemption, reservation, and bill settlement. This program only allows the ordering of promotion dining service for the next seven days and within the following thirty days.
  4. Cardholders must use the same Eligible Card to accumulate retail spending of HKD 3,000 or more with no more than two single transactions (“Eligible Transactions”) within the latest two consecutive natural months (“Eligible Transactions”). Spending in HKD, MOP, and CNY will be combined to calculate Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY 1 or MOP 1 spent calculated as HKD 1. Cardholders are eligible for one Buy-One-Get-One-Free offer for HKD 3,000 of Eligible Transactions. Redemption will not be processed without proof of Eligible Transactions.
  5. Each Eligible Transaction can only be used once and is non-transferable to another program after redemption. Maximum 6 redemptions per eligible card during the usage period with only one redemption allowed per month. Eligible Transactions do NOT include, but are not limited to, the following: autopay transactions, any Octopus reloading, bill payments, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-ups, cash advances, prepayments, deposits, add-value services, payments by installments, prepaid, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, utility payments, membership payments, any payment services, hospital/clinic payments, housing rental, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, and tax payments, any unposted/canceled/refunded/fraudulent/unauthorized transactions.
  6. Upon reaching the final Eligible Transaction amount, the Program permits up to one Buy-One-Get-One-Free designated set menu per redemption. Each redemption is valid for one reservation, and the Buy-One-Get-One-Free set menus within that redemption must be used for the same reservation. Each reservation is for two diners and is available for food and dine-in only.
  7. Upon making any redemption, Cardholders must provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards), mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and proof of Eligible Transactions. Redemption must be made through the UnionPay Application page and requires at least five business days for processing.
  8. After successful redemption, Cardholders will receive a confirmation code by email or SMS.
  9. Reservations for this Program must be made online via the dedicated website only https://hk.aspiredigital.cn/hk-res/. The restaurants do not accept bookings through other channels or walk-ins.
  10. Cardholders are required to re-submit the redemption application through the dedicated website if they cancel the reservation.
  11. Once the prepayment is confirmed, cancellations or amendment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation by contacting the concierge hotline. Any amendment, cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show, full payment is charged and all fees are non-refundable.
  12. The Program is subject to quotas, restaurant availability, and blackout dates. Online reservations operate on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  13. The Program is not available on specific dates, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, Good Friday, Chinese Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, National Day, Halloween, and Mid-Autumn Festival (unless otherwise specified). Additional blackout dates may apply. Please check with the respective participating merchants for details.
  14. The Program does not apply to additional orders, service charges in general, or taxes.
  15. The Program cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, membership privileges, gift certificates, discounts, or coupons, or exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
  16. Personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary to provide the service. Authorized partners may not use this information for any other purposes.
  17. The Program is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the respective participating merchants. Aspire Lifestyles and the respective participating merchants reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions of the Program, and to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. UnionPay, Aspire Lifestyles, and the respective participating merchants accept no liability for any such changes.
  18. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay and Aspire Lifestyles reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilize the Program without prior notice.
  19. UnionPay and Aspire Lifestyles accept no liability for any termination of participating merchants or the Program.
  20. In case of any disputes arising from this Program, the decision of UnionPay, Aspire Lifestyles, and/or the respective participating merchants shall be final and conclusive.
  21. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  22. The Program does not apply to internal employees of UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
