  2. Reservation must be made in advance.
  3. Service Reservation Guideline - please refer to www.point-links.com.
  4. All service fees must be settled upon booking.
  5. Service availability will be subject to airport condition on service date. Service suspension or change of .service process will be informed upon booking request.
  6. Immigration Department and Airport Security Control has the final authority whether to grant priority clearance to travellers.
  7. Limousine Service included Airport Transfer, Local One-way Transfer, Half-day/Full-day Charter, Cross Border Transfer.
  8. Airport / Local One-way and Cross-border Transfer: rate included driver service fee, bridge, tunnel & highway tolls and fuel charges.  Each way is limited to one destination.  Extra pick-up / drop off points will be subjected to surcharges.
  9. Half-day / Full-day Charters: excludes all tolls, parking fees and fuel charges.
  10. The definition of Half-day / Full-day Charters will vary depending on cities.
  11. Number of luggage allowed is subject to the capacity of each vehicle’s storage compartment.
  12. Available vehicle types include Benz S class, BMW, Toyota Alphard, Audi A6L, Buick GL8 (and more) and will vary depending on cities.
  13. Surcharges (such as mid-night, waiting, peak hours and pick-up with welcome signage) will be applicable on certain cities and quoted upon service request.
  14. Late cancellation and no show will be charged at the full standard rate and non-refundable.
  15. Any additional charges incurred during service will be billed afterwards.
  16. All reservations are subjected to availability and the final confirmation by Point Links.
  17. Point Links assume no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the use of the service.
  18. Offer is not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
