Program Details--Quota Full

General Terms & Conditions

  1. The Program is valid from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
  2. The specified luxury reward (“Luxury Reward”) is only applicable to principal Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of the designated UnionPay Diamond Prestige card (“Eligible Card”) who have previously registered for the reward through the dedicated website (“Registered Cardholders”).
  3. Registration must be made within two months from the Eligible Card Issued Date. Registration will not be accepted outside this period. Registration for the existing Cardholders must be completed by 30 April in each calendar year and late registration will not be accepted. Once the registration has been completed, the reward selection cannot be amended in the same calendar year.
  4. All retail purchases, autopay transactions, Octopus reloading, Apple Pay, Huawei Pay, and online bill payments are eligible (“Eligible Transactions”).
  5. The following transactions will not be counted towards the spending requirement: transactions not posted, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-up, instalment loans, interest-free instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded.
  6. Registered Cardholders are required to spend at least HKD50,000 in Eligible Transactions over two consecutive statement cycles in the same calendar year using the same Eligible Card prior to redemption of the selected benefit (“Benefit”). (HKD, MOP and CNY spending will be combined for purposes of calculating Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1.) Registered Cardholders must provide evidence of Eligible Transactions prior to any redemption, reservation, or booking in connection with the Benefit. No redemptions, reservations, or bookings shall be processed without evidence of Eligible Transactions.
  7. All Eligible Transactions must be posted based on the transaction dates as shown on the monthly credit card statement. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same designated credit card account will be counted collectively.
  8. Registered Cardholders are entitled to utilise the Benefits a maximum of six times in total, in each calendar year. Each transaction proof can only be used for one redemption and is non-transferrable to another Benefit once the redemption, reservation, or booking is confirmed.
  9. The validity period of evidence of Eligible Transactions is 4 calendar months. For example, the January monthly credit card statement shall be submitted no later than the end of April. The overdue evidence is ineffective. The last redemption must be submitted no later than the end of February the next calendar year.
  10. All Benefits are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service providers’ rules and regulations. The Benefits are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  11. Cardholders can only redeem the Benefit once in each calendar month.
  12. The Benefits are personal and to be utilised exclusively by the Registered Cardholders.
  13. Upon making any redemption, Registered Cardholders are required to provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards), contact phone numbers, mailing address, and evidence of the Eligible Transaction(s) made with the same Eligible Card during the Program Period.   14. The Benefit cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or coupons; or exchanged for cash, other products or services.
  15. UnionPay Prestige Concierge is a service provided by Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”). All references to UnionPay Prestige Concierge refer to EGAL.
  16. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International (“UnionPay”) and EGAL reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilise the Program without prior notice.
  17. In case of any dispute, UnionPay and EGAL reserve the right of final decision subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  18. UnionPay and EGAL reserve the right to change and/or amend the terms and conditions from time to time at their sole discretion without prior notice.

Luxury Reward – Spa Privilege

  1. The Spa Privilege (“Program”) is valid from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program can be used at the designated prestigious spa centre(s) in Hong Kong and Macau (“Spa Centres”).
  3. Each redemption includes a complimentary 90-minute spa treatment and a welcome drink. An email confirmation and the Program voucher will be sent to the Cardholders after the redemption process has been confirmed and completed. Cardholders shall notify UnionPay Prestige Concierge if they do not receive the vouchers within one month after the redemption process has been confirmed and completed; otherwise, UnionPay and EGAL accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
  4. Redemptions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. UnionPay and EGAL reserve the right to allocate redemption at their absolute discretion.
  5. All guests must observe the terms and conditions of the Spa Centres and present valid identification documents for registration and entry. Reservations must be made with the Spa Centres in advance.
  6. Entry to the Spa Centres is permitted for the period as specified on the voucher but the facility opening hours may be subject to change. Blackout dates apply. Facilities and treatments may be subject to change. In such instances, there is no obligation to refund or exchange the vouchers.
  7. Vouchers not used by the expiry date will be deemed void and will not be honored.
  8. Redemptions are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. UnionPay, EGAL, and the Spa Centres are not liable for any lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
  9. Vouchers may only be used by the holder to the Spa Centres and must not be resold. UnionPay, EGAL, and the Spa Centres reserve the right to cancel any voucher that has been resold and to refuse entry.
  10. Original copy of the vouchers must be presented. Photocopies will not be deemed valid. No voucher is valid without the designated stamp. Damaged or lost vouchers will not be replaced.
  11. UnionPay, EGAL, and the Spa Centres reserve the right to cancel or modify redemptions where it appears that a voucher holder has engaged in a fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the redemptions contained are the result of a mistake or error.
  12. No refund and exchange will be permitted due to the alteration, late arrival, unavailability, postponement or cancellation. The voucher will be deemed used if the guest does not cancel the scheduled appointment according to the cancellation policy of Spa Centres.
  13. Guests enjoying the Program at the Spa Centres do so at their own risk. Guests voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidentals whether occurring before, during or after attending the Program. UnionPay, EGAL, and the Spa Centres are not responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury, liability or death howsoever caused.
  14. The Spa Centres reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of other guests without refund or compensation. Guests who cause a disturbance, act inappropriately or refuse to comply with requests made by the Spa Centres will be evicted from the Spa Centres without any refund or compensation.
  15. UnionPay, EGAL, and the Spa Centres will not be liable for any delay or cancellation due to any force majeure such as power failure, fire, explosion, flood, typhoon, storm or similar disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, abnormally inclement weather, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbance, acts or threats of terrorism, an act of God, communicable disease outbreaks, industrial action, acts or regulations of national or local governments, governmental order or decrees, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
  16. Cardholders are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Spa Centres.

Luxury Reward – Michelin starred dining experience in Macau

  1. The Michelin starred dining experience in Macau (“Program”) is valid on designated days from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program can be used at the designated restaurant(s) in Macau (“Restaurant”).
  3. Each redemption includes two free admissions (two guests) to the dining privilege at the Restaurant on a single day. The free admissions must be used together on the same day. Redemptions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. UnionPay and EGAL reserve the right to allocate redemption at their absolute discretion.
  4. By participating, Registered Cardholders agree not to communicate directly with the Restaurant; all arrangements, including any requested changes, are to be made through the UnionPay Prestige Concierge in advance.
  5. Reservations for redemption must be made not later than seven business days in advance and no earlier than 90 days in advance or according to the rules and regulations of the Restaurant. Reservations cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed; Registered Cardholders who fail to show up will be charged for the full value of the Program and will count for one redemption.
  6. All dining arrangements for the Cardholders will be pre-set and prepared by the Restaurant in advance.
  7. Cardholders cannot relocate the assigned tables, change the table numbers, or combine tables without prior consent from the UnionPay Prestige Concierge.
  8. The dress code for the Restaurant is smart casual. The proper attire is required according to the Restaurant’s rules and regulations.
  9. In the event that the Registered Cardholder cannot use the Program on the reservation date due to unforeseeable force majeure or inclement weather (as declared at the sole discretion of the Restaurant), the reservation date will be rescheduled subject to availability.
  10. Cardholders are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Restaurant.
  11. The Program cannot be used during weekends and public holidays.

Luxury Reward – Exclusive Dining at Prestigious Members Only Club in Hong Kong

  1. The Exclusive Dining at Prestigious Members Only Club in Hong Kong (“Program”) is valid on designated days from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program can be used at the designated club(s) in Hong Kong (“Club”).
  3. Each redemption includes two free admissions (two guests) to the dining privilege at the Club on a single day. The free admissions must be used together on the same day. Redemptions are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. UnionPay and EGAL reserve the right to allocate redemption at their absolute discretion.
  4. By participating, Registered Cardholders agree not to communicate directly with the Club; all arrangements, including any requested changes, are to be made through the UnionPay Prestige Concierge in advance.
  5. Reservations for redemption must be made not later than seven business days in advance and no earlier than 90 days in advance or according to the rules and regulations of the Club. Reservations cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed; Registered Cardholders who fail to show up will be charged for the full value of the Program and will count for one redemption.

  9. Admission to the Club is restricted to persons aged 18 or above.
  10. In the event that the Registered Cardholder cannot use the Program on the reservation date due to unforeseeable force majeure or inclement weather (as declared at the sole discretion of the Club), the reservation date will be rescheduled subject to availability.
  11. Cardholders are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
  12. The Program cannot be used during weekends and public holidays.
