UnionPay Diamond Card and Diamond Prestige Cardholders issued in Hong Kong and Macau may enjoy the preferential rate of CNY 250 per trip to book the airport limousine pick-up/drop-off privilege at designated airports. The Service applies to one-way transfers between designated cities in Chinese Mainland and their local airports, or between Hong Kong International Airport and urban areas of Hong Kong, Shenzhen or Macau. Quotas are limited on a monthly basis and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Promotion Period:1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 (inclusive)
  • The promotion is conducted in phases. Registration is required for each phase separately, and spending requirements are calculated on a phase-by-phase basis without carry-over across phases:
    • Phase 1: 1 April 2026 – 31 May 2026
    • Phase 2: 1 June 2026 – 31 July 2026
    • Phase 3: 1 August 2026 – 30 September 2026
    • Phase 4: 1 October 2026 – 30 November 2026
    • Phase 5: 1 December 2026 – 31 January 2027
    • Phase 6: 1 February 2027 – 31 March 2027

A total of 1,226-40,000 services will be provided during the program, subject to route availability.

Terms and Conditions for DragonPass Airport Limousine Service

These Terms and Conditions for the DragonPass Airport Limousine Service (the “Service”) (hereinafter the “Terms”) are formulated by DragonPass for eligible premium UnionPay Hong Kong credit card cardholders who are entitled to use the airport limousine pick-up/drop-off service. Customers shall carefully read these Terms prior to using the Service.

  1. Promotion Content
    Eligible premium UnionPay cardholders may enjoy the preferential rate of CNY 250 per trip to book the airport limousine pick-up/drop-off privilege at designated airports. The Service applies to one-way transfers between designated cities in Chinese Mainland and their local airports, or between Hong Kong International Airport and urban areas of Hong Kong, Shenzhen or Macau. Quotas are limited on a monthly basis and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Promotion Period

  3. Eligibility
    Cardholders must accumulate a minimum spending of HKD/MOP 4,000 via the UnionPay network in any phase during the promotion period to be eligible for the privilege. Qualifying transactions include those made via UnionPay QR Code, UnionPay QuickPass, or UnionPay Online Payment. In-store POS card swipes and ATM transactions are excluded. Eligibility of transactions shall be finally determined by the UnionPay system.
  4. Transaction Calculation
    Transaction amounts shall be calculated in Hong Kong Dollars or Macao Patacas based on the UnionPay network settlement date. Only local transactions made with locally issued cards are eligible (Hong Kong-issued cards in HKD; Macao-issued cards in MOP). Refunded or cancelled transactions will be deducted from accumulated spending. Spending in different currencies may not be combined or aggregated. UnionPay reserves the right to adjust the promotion mechanism without prior notice.
  5. Transaction Display
    Qualifying transactions will generally be reflected on the “UnionPay Rewards” platform within one business day from the transaction date, subject to actual system posting time. Posting may be delayed or affected by factors including but not limited to pre-authorization transactions, transaction reversals, system processing or network settlement arrangements. All details including transaction time and amount shall be subject to UnionPay system records.
  6. Privilege Allocation
    Upon meeting the spending requirement, Cardholders will receive an SMS notification on the following day. Meeting the spending threshold or completing registration does not guarantee entitlement to the privilege. Privileges will be allocated according to the date and time when the spending requirement is fulfilled, subject to phase-specific quotas on a first-come, first-served basis until fully redeemed. If quotas for a phase are exhausted, eligible Cardholders will not receive the privilege and no compensation shall be provided.
  7. Privilege Redemption
    No notification will be sent upon full allocation of privileges. Cardholders must log in to the “UnionPay Rewards” platform to check whether the voucher code has been collected. Once issued, privileges are non-revocable.
  8. Re-participation
    Cardholders who fail to meet the spending requirement, or who meet the requirement but miss out due to quota exhaustion, may re-register in subsequent phases subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  9. Service Coverage
    Airport Limousine Service Zones for Airports in Chinese Mainland (one-way pick-up or drop-off)
    • Between Beijing city center and Beijing Capital International Airport or Beijing Daxing International Airport, approximately 60 km;
    • Between Shanghai city center and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport or Shanghai Pudong International Airport, approximately 60 km.
    Airport Limousine Service Zones for Hong Kong International Airport (one-way pick-up or drop-off)
    • Between Hong Kong city center and Hong Kong International Airport, approximately 60 km;
    • Between Hong Kong city center and Shenzhen International Airport, approximately 90 km;
    • Between Macau city center and Hong Kong International Airport, approximately 60 km.

  10. Booking Process
    After receiving the eligibility SMS, Cardholders shall return to the “UnionPay Rewards” platform, go to “My Vouchers”, select this privilege and proceed to the service booking page to reserve the airport limousine service. After filling in booking details, the cardholder shall complete payment as prompted. A successful booking confirmation will be displayed upon payment. In case of payment failure or timeout, the booking will be deemed unsuccessful and the privilege will be returned to the account within 30 minutes.
  11. Driver & Vehicle Information
    Upon successful booking, vehicle and driver details will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number 6 hours prior to the service time. Please keep your phone available for confirmation by the service provider or driver.
  12. Waiting Time
    • Arrival transfer: complimentary 60-minute waiting period from actual flight arrival time.
    • Departure transfer: complimentary 15-minute waiting period from the scheduled time.
    For extended waiting beyond the free period, prior notice to the driver is required. The waiting fee is CNY 35 per 15 minutes, charged in 15-minute increments (any period under 15 minutes shall be charged as 15 minutes; exceeding 15 minutes shall be charged as 30 minutes, and so forth).
  13. Supplier Terms
    Use of the privilege is also subject to the service provider’s terms and conditions, including specific rules for airport limousine services and any additional fees that may apply.
  14. Booking & Validity Rules
    • Chinese Mainland airport limousine service: book at least 6 hours in advance.
    • Hong Kong and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau cross-border limousine service: book at least 48 hours in advance.
    • During national statutory holidays in China: book at least 72 hours in advance.
    Voucher codes are valid for two calendar months from the date of collection. Vouchers may be used for booking at any time within the validity period. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service time will result in the voucher being reinstated. No changes or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. Failure to use the service, miss the scheduled time, or cancel/modify outside the required notice period shall be deemed usage of the privilege; fees paid and privilege quota will not be refunded.
  15. Service Restrictions
    Chinese Mainland airport limousine services are point-to-point between urban areas and local airports, limited to 60 km with no stops, detours, route changes or additional pick-up/drop-off points. Hong Kong airport limousine services are one-way point-to-point between Hong Kong International Airport and urban Hong Kong,limited to 60 km with no stops, detours, route changes or additional pick-up/drop-off points. Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau cross-border limousine services are one-way point-to-point between urban Shenzhen/Macau and Hong Kong International Airport, limited to 90 km with no stops, detours, route changes or additional pick-up/drop-off points. Services outside the designated zone are unavailable.
  16. Cross-Border Service Risks
    Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau cross-border limousine services may be delayed due to customs inspections, immigration checks, port controls and other uncontrollable factors. The service provider shall not be liable for breach, delay compensation or additional costs arising from user-caused delays or itinerary changes. Please allow sufficient clearance time.   17. Vehicle Models
    Vehicles are assigned randomly within the same class. Business models include Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Buick GL8, Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire or equivalent. Maximum capacity: 6 passengers (excluding driver) and 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage. Vehicle model or brand selection is not allowed.

  19. Included Costs
    Fees cover car rental, tolls and parking. Baby seats are available free of charge upon request in the booking order.
  20. Expiry of Privileges
    Privileges must be collected, redeemed and used within the specified validity period. Expiry shall be deemed waiver of rights with no compensation from UnionPay International.
  21. Non-Transferable
    Privileges are for personal use only, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and may not be used for commercial or resale purposes or exchanged for cash, goods or services. UnionPay International reserves the right to revoke privileges in case of abuse.
  22. Fraud & Misconduct
    To ensure fairness, UnionPay International reserves the right to restrict participation, disqualify Cardholders or revoke issued privileges without prior notice in cases including but not limited to:
    (i) suspected fraudulent or illegal transactions;
    (ii) violation of promotion rules or abusive technical means (e.g. exploiting system vulnerabilities, unauthorised tools or plug-ins to obtain privileges);
    (iii) prior disqualification from UnionPay International promotions due to violations.
  23. Data Consent
    Participation constitutes consent for UnionPay International to collect and use personal data (name, mobile number, email) during the promotion for administration and privilege issuance only. Consent may be withdrawn by unlinking the card.
  24. System Time & Force Majeure
    All promotion timings are based on UnionPay International backend system time (Beijing Time). In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, regulatory requirements, system failures, fraud, etc.), UnionPay International may adjust, suspend or terminate the promotion upon announcement.
  25. Data Usage
    Personal data is used solely for legitimate and specific purposes related to this privilege.
  26. Dispute Resolution
    UnionPay International reserves the right of final decision in relation to the promotion and privileges to the extent permitted by applicable law, and the final right of interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
  27. Amendment Rights
    UnionPay International reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  28. Language Version
    In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  29. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in the promotion constitutes acknowledgement, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
