How to Participate

1. For new users, create an account using one of the following methods to access the “U Rewards” platform (existing users can log in directly):
   (a)Via UnionPay App: Download UnionPay App to access the platform and to register using a mobile number or email address to create an account.
   (b)Via U Rewards H5 Link: Access the platform through the designated web link and register using a mobile number or email address to create an account.
2. Go to the “U Rewards” platform and select this promotion.
3. Bind an Eligible Card to the user’s account to complete registration.
4. Make transactions with the card bound to the user’s account to meet the spending requirement (“Eligible Transaction”). Spending progress can be checked at any time via the U Rewards Platform.
5. Upon fulfillment of the spending requirement, the user will receive an SMS or email notification.
6. Return to “U Rewards”, go to “Benefit Wallet”, and navigate to “Unused” tab to retrieve the redemption code.
7. Contact the UnionPay Concierge - (852) 2169 0108 (Hong Kong) / (853) 6262 6324 (Macau) and provide the redemption code to redeem the Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day E-Ticket (“Park Tickets”).
8. The Park Ticket will be issued upon successful verification and is valid until the designated date as specified on the ticket. Each user must make a reservation in advance on the Hong Kong Disneyland official website before visiting the park.

Redemption Guide

Upon obtaining the redemption code for the Privilege, users must contact the UnionPay Concierge Hotline within 7 calendar days through Hong Kong (852) 2169 0108 or Macau (853) 6262 6324 to redeem their Park Ticket by providing the redemption code. Expired codes will not be reissued. The Park Ticket will be sent to the user’s designated email address. Each Park Ticket admits one person and requires a valid park reservation, which can be made up to 90 days in advance. Terms & Conditions

1. 1.The Privilege for UnionPay Premium Card Holders is valid from 1 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Privilege is applicable to each user who has linked a UnionPay Diamond Prestige Card or Diamond Card issued in Hong Kong or Macau (“Eligible Card”) to his/her UnionPay account.
3. Users may participate in the promotion via the “U Rewards” platform through either the UnionPay App or through the “U Rewards” H5 link. To join, each user must register or log in, bind one (1) Eligible Card, complete the registration, meet the spending requirement. Each user may only register to participate in the promotion using one (1) Eligible Card for the entire Promotion Period. The registered card cannot be changed after registration. Only transactions made with the registered card will be counted toward the spending requirement. Each user may track his/her spending progress and entitlement to the Privilege through accessing the “U Rewards” platform.

4. The promotion is divided into three phases:
   Phase 1: 1 September 2025 to 30 September 2025
   Phase 2: 1 October 2025 to 31 October 2025
   Phase 3: 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025
   A total of 766 Park Tickets is allocated across three phases. Each UnionPay account is eligible to register for and to enjoy the Privilege once only throughout the entire Promotion Period.
5. In order to obtain the Privilege, users are required to accumulate a minimum eligible spending of HKD / MOP 5,000 through Eligible Transactions in any one phase of the Promotion Period. Such Eligible Transactions must be completed using the UnionPay QR Code (including transactions made via the UnionPay App and other Apps that support UnionPay QR Code Payment) or using the UnionPay Mobile QuickPass for offline transactions (e.g., Apple Pay, Huawei Pay). Mobile QuickPass in-app transactions are excluded and will not be counted.
6. Transaction amounts will be calculated in HKD or MOP based on the settlement date via the UnionPay network. Only transactions made with locally issued cards (Hong Kong-issued for HKD; Macau-issued for MOP) are eligible. In the event of a refund or cancellation, the corresponding transaction amount will be deducted from the accumulated total spending for this promotion. Spending in different currencies will not be combined or counted cumulatively. The promotion mechanism is subject to change without prior notice.
7. Non-purchase transactions, including but not limited to loan repayments and online transfers, are excluded. Transaction eligibility is determined solely by the UnionPay system, and qualifying transactions are recorded within one (1) natural day.
8. Users will receive an SMS or email notification upon fulfillment of the spending requirement. Registration does not guarantee receipt of the Privilege. Allocation is based on the date and time the spending requirement is fulfilled and is subject to the quota availability of each phase. Privileges are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while quota lasts. Once the Privilege is issued, it cannot be revoked.
9. After successfully obtaining the redemption code for the Privilege, users must contact the UnionPay Concierge Hotline at (852) 2169 0108 (Hong Kong) / (853) 6262 6324 (Macau) within 7 calendar days to redeem the Park Ticket and provide the redemption code for verification. The redemption code will not be reissued after its expiry. Once the Park Ticket has been successfully redeemed through the UnionPay Concierge, it shall be deemed used and cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
10. For delivery of the Park Ticket, users are required to provide their personal information, including their full name, mobile number, and email address. The Park Ticket will be sent to the user’s designated email address. In case the user does not receive the Park Ticket within the specified period, he/she should promptly notify the UnionPay Concierge. Otherwise, UnionPay International Co., Ltd. (“UnionPay International”) holds no responsibility and will not be liable to the users for any compensation.
11. Privileges must be claimed, redeemed, and used before the expiration dates specified. Failure to do so will be deemed a waiver, and UnionPay International will not provide any compensation.
12. Privileges are for personal use only. They are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and must not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. UnionPay International reserves the right to cancel any Privilege found to be misused in such a manner.
13. To maintain the fairness and integrity of the promotion, UnionPay International reserves the right to restrict participation, disqualify users, and revoke issued Privileges without prior notice in the following circumstances, including but not limited to: (1) fraudulent or illegal transactions; (2) breach of promotion rules or misuse of technical means (e.g., exploiting system vulnerabilities, using unauthorized tools or plug-ins); and (3) prior disqualification from promotions by UnionPay International due to violations.
14. By participating in the promotion, users consent to the collection and use of their personal information (including name, mobile number, and email address) by UnionPay International solely for the purposes of the promotion administration and reward distribution during the promotion. Users may withdraw consent and discontinue to participate in the promotion by unbinding their card.
15. All timing related to the promotion shall be based on UnionPay International’s backend system (Beijing Time). In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, regulatory requirements, system failures, or fraudulent activities, UnionPay International reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the promotion in accordance with applicable laws. Changes will become effective upon official announcement.
16. Each Park Ticket grants entry to Hong Kong Disneyland Park for one person.
17. Users are required to have a valid park reservation to visit the Hong Kong Disneyland Park via the Hong Kong Disneyland official website (https://www.hongkongdisneyland.com/reservation/landing/). Users may make reservations beginning 90 days prior to arrival. The use of the Park Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, as well as the rules and regulations of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”). 18. Users’ personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary in connection with the Privilege.
19. In case of any dispute regarding the promotion and the Privilege, the decision of UnionPay International shall be final as permitted by applicable law. UnionPay International’s interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
20. UnionPay International reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions from time to time at their sole discretion without prior notice.
21. This promotion is organized by UnionPay International. Hong Kong Disneyland, HKITP and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the marketing, administration, or execution of the promotion and shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the promotion.
22. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
23. By participating in the promotion, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
