Terms & Conditions
  1. The Privilege for UnionPay Premium Card Holders includes priority admission for the “Mickey and the Wondrous Book” show (“Show”) & post-show Disney Character Meet-and-Greet experience at Disney’s Storybook Theater (“Privilege”), and will be available for reservation on specified days starting from 10 December 2023 until 7 May 2026.
  2. The Privilege applies to cardholders who possess UnionPay Diamond Prestige, Diamond, and Platinum credit cards (“Cardholders”) issued by UnionPay-approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. To enjoy the Privilege, Cardholders are required to make reservations through the UnionPay Concierge Hotline at (852) 2169 0108 for Hong Kong / (853) 6262 6324 for Macau. Reservations will be open for registration up to seven (7) days in advance and will be closed at 3:00 PM on the day before the visit day.
  4. Upon successful reservation, each Cardholder will receive an email confirmation along with a reservation letter. In case the Cardholder does not receive the email confirmation by the day before the visit day, they should promptly notify UnionPay Concierge. Otherwise, UnionPay International (“UnionPay”) holds no responsibility and will not be liable for any compensation.
  5. Cardholders can make a reservation for the Privilege once per calendar month, for a maximum of four (4) persons per reservation.
  6. When making the reservation, Cardholders are required to provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards), along with contact phone numbers and email addresses.
  7. The availability of the Privilege is subject to the terms and conditions, as well as the rules and regulations of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”). Reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to quota and availability.
  8. HKITP reserves the right to determine the time of the Show session and the number of priority admission available for reservation, and to change or cancel any Show session without any compensation.
  9. The Privilege is non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash or other benefits, under any circumstances. UnionPay and Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”) reserve the right to cancel any Privilege under any such circumstances.
  10. The Privilege is only valid for the designated Show session stated on the reservation letter. Any Privilege not utilized during the designated Show session will be deemed void.
  11. Guests are required to have Magic Access Annual Pass or admission tickets to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (“Park”) valid for admission on the day of the Show. The Privilege does not include admission to the Park.
  12. Guests should arrive at the entrance of the Storybook Theater 25 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled Show session. Latecomers will not be allowed entry.
  13. To enjoy the Privilege, guests are required to present the reservation letter (electronic / printed copy) containing the QR code. Each reservation letter allows entry for one person. HKITP may refuse priority admission to the Show and the post-show Disney character meet-and-greet experience for any person who fails to present a valid reservation letter.
  14. Guests below age 7 must be accompanied by guest(s) aged 16 or above.
  15. HKITP reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, inappropriate, or poses a security threat or disrupts the enjoyment of other guests, without any compensation. Guests who cause disturbances, act inappropriately, or fail to comply with HKITP’s requests will be promptly evicted from the theater without any compensation.
  16. The Show and the Disney character meet-and-greet experience are subject to closure, suspension, or cancellation without prior notice and compensation, due to factors such as capacity constraints, inclement weather, special events, or other operational reasons.
  17. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay and HKITP reserve the absolute right to revoke the Cardholder's eligibility to use the Privilege without prior notice.
  18. In case of any dispute with regards to the Privilege, the decision of UnionPay and HKITP shall be final. UnionPay’s and HKITP’s interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
  19. UnionPay and HKITP reserve the right to modify and/or amend the terms and conditions from time to time at their sole discretion without prior notice.
  20. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  21. The Privilege does not apply to internal employees of UnionPay International (Hong Kong) Limited.
