Activity Rules：

The promotion period is from 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31 (Both dates inclusive).
UnionPay Diamond and Platinum Cards issued in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR can get a 20 HKD/MOP reward with single purchase of 100 HKD/MOP or more at Google Play Hong Kong /Macao site. Each UnionPay card can get up to 6 times reward during the promotion period. Daily quotas are limited to 180 in Hong Kong and 20 in Macao, on a first-come, first-served basis.
No pre-registration is required for participating the promotion. The rewards will be issued through payment instant discount. Instant discount is based on the transaction currency (HKD/MOP only), and will be deducted according to the UnionPay exchange rate on the day of transaction after settlement. For actual payment amount, please refer to the SMS notice from issuer and payment bill/message.
Guidance for Adding UnionPay Card as your Payment Method on Google Play:
1) Register or login to your Google Play Hong Kong /Macao site account;
2) Enter the account information menu and select "Payments and Subscriptions";
3) Select "Payment Methods" - "Add Credit or Debit Card";
4) Enter your UnionPay card number, verify the card expiration date and CVN to complete the card binding;
5) When you pay for Google Play apps, games, movies, books and YouTube Premium subscription, choose the UnionPay card to make payments.
Eligible UnionPay Card refers to the UnionPay card that supports binding and making payment at Google Play Hong Kong /Macao site. Transaction details of the eligible UnionPay cards (including but not limited to transaction region, date, time, amount, exchange rate, etc.) are subject to the record of the UnionPay system.
If your card binding is unsuccessful, it may be that your card issuer does not support the required function, please try with another UnionPay card or contact your card issuer/local UnionPay customer service, or call UnionPay customer service hotline (see clause 12 for details) for further consultation.
If any refund, return, and reversal of the transaction on which the reward was applied occurs, the user will be deemed to have surrendered the discount and the purchase amount (subtracting the applied discount) will be refunded to the user’s original payment card. The reward quota will be deemed as used.
If any pre-authorization transaction on which the discount was applied occurs, if the pre-authorization completion amount (the actual debit amount) does not reach the activity threshold, the activity offer cannot be enjoyed. The reward quota will be deemed as used.
In order to enable more cardholders to enjoy the promotion, if any of the following situations occurs, UnionPay reserves the right to restrict or cancel the cardholder's qualification to participate in the promotion activities, and reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the issued rewards without prior notice, including but not limited to: (1) obtaining rewards by violating the activity rules, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or using plug-in software, add-ins or any other dishonest means and tools, (2) owning restricted qualifications for participating in UnionPay promotion activities due to violations in previous UnionPay promotion activities.
A user’s participation in the promotion is deemed as acknowledgment of the promotion rules. Offer cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotions of the merchant.
The promotion are provided by UnionPay International. However UnionPay International is not the merchant / service provider, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant.

Exception Clause:

The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
