Terms & Conditions
  1. The Privilege for UnionPay Premium Card Holders: Experience the Magic of Hong Kong Disneyland Park with 1-Day Park Ticket (“Privilege”) is valid from 17 June 2024 to 16 September 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Privilege applies to the UnionPay Diamond Prestige and Diamond principal credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who have achieved the target spending requirement (as set out in clause 3 below), using eligible credit cards issued by UnionPay-approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
  3. To enjoy the Privilege, Cardholders are required to achieve the target spending requirement with accumulated eligible transactions (“Eligible Transactions”) of HKD/MOP 10,000 over two consecutive monthly credit card statement cycles between June 2024 and September 2024 (“Spending Period”) using the same Eligible Card prior to the redemption of the Privilege (note: HKD, MOP, and CNY spending will be combined to calculate Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1). Redemption for the Privilege will not be processed without proof of Eligible Transactions.
  4. Each Cardholder can only redeem the Privilege once (i.e. to only redeem one (1) Park Ticket) during the Promotion Period.
  5. The following transactions will not be counted towards the target spending requirement: transactions not posted, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-ups, instalment loans, instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been canceled or refunded.
  6. All Eligible Transactions are based on the transaction dates as shown on the monthly credit card statement. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary Cardholders of the same credit card account will be counted collectively.
  7. To redeem the Privilege, Cardholders are required to contact the UnionPay Concierge Hotline at (852) 2169 0108 for Hong Kong / (853) 6262 6324 for Macau, or email at premiumhk@unionpayintl.com. The redemption process requires 30 business days for processing.
  8. When making the redemption, Cardholders are required to provide their personal information, including full names and card numbers (as shown on the Eligible Cards), along with contact phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, and monthly credit card statements as proof of Eligible Transactions.
  9. Upon successful redemption, each Cardholder will receive an email confirmation, and the Park Ticket will be couriered to the Cardholder’s designated delivery address. In case the Cardholder does not receive the Park Ticket within one week after receiving the email confirmation, he/she should promptly notify the UnionPay Concierge. Otherwise, UnionPay International (“UnionPay”) holds no responsibility and will not be liable to the Cardholders for any compensation.
  10. Each Park Ticket grants entry to Hong Kong Disneyland Park for one person.
  11. Guests are required to have a valid park reservation to visit the Hong Kong Disneyland Park. Guests may make reservations beginning 90 days prior to arrival. The use of the Park Tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, as well as the rules and regulations of Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited (“HKITP”).   12. The Privilege is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to quota and availability.
  13. The Privilege is non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash or other benefits, under any circumstances. UnionPay reserve the right to cancel any Privilege under any such circumstances.
  14. The Privilege can only be used during the period specified on the Park Ticket. Any Park Ticket not used by the expiration date will be deemed void.
  15. Original Park Tickets must be presented for entry; photocopies will not be accepted. Damaged or lost tickets will not be replaced. UnionPay and HKITP are not liable for any lost, stolen, or destroyed Park Tickets.
  16. Cardholders’ personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary in connection with the Privilege.
  17. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay reserve the absolute right to revoke the Cardholder's eligibility to use the Privilege without prior notice as permitted by applicable law.
  18. In case of any dispute with regards to the Privilege, the decision of UnionPay shall be final as permitted by applicable law. UnionPay’s interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.
  19. UnionPay reserve the right to modify and/or amend the terms and conditions from time to time at their sole discretion without prior notice.
  20. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  21. The Privilege does not apply to internal employees of UnionPay International (Hong Kong) Limited.
