Terms & Conditions
  1. The Dining Privilege – Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer (“Program”) is valid from 1 August 2021 to 31 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Program provides fine dining dinner set, buy 1 get 1 free offer at Aqua Hong Kong (29/F, One Peking, Tsim Sha Tsui) (“Restaurant”) from Monday to Sunday (dining time from 18:00 to 21:00 or to be amended by the Restaurant from time to time).
  3. The Program applies to the UnionPay Diamond Prestige, Diamond and Platinum credit card holders (“Cardholders”) who have achieved the target spending requirement. The credit cards shall be issued by UnionPay approved designated institutions in Hong Kong and Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
  4. To be eligible for the Program, Cardholders are required to have accumulated retail spending of at least HKD5,000 in one calendar month period using the same Eligible Card (“Eligible Transactions”). (HKD, MOP and CNY spending will be combined for purposes of calculating Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1.) Cardholders must provide evidence of Eligible Transactions via email/fax to UnionPay Concierge before any reservation in connection with the Program. No reservation shall be processed without evidence of Eligible Transactions.
  5. The following transactions will not be counted towards the spending requirement: autopay transactions, Octopus reloading, bill payments, balance transfers, P2P transfers, SVF wallet top-up, cash advances, prepayments, deposits, add-value service, instalment loans, interest-free instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, utility payments, membership payments, any payment services, hospital/clinic payments, housing rental, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any unposted / cancelled / refunded / fraudulent / unauthorized transactions.
  6. The validity period of evidence of Eligible Transactions is two calendar months. For example, the evidence of January (in the form of credit card statements/receipts) shall be submitted no later than the end of February. The overdue evidence is ineffective.
  7. Cardholders are eligible for one buy 1 get 1 free dining privilege package with every HKD5,000 of Eligible Transactions. Each Eligible Transaction can only be used one time; and cannot be reused in other programs (e.g. UnionPay Diamond Prestige Luxury Rewards, Airport Limousine Transfer Service, etc.).
  8. Each reservation is for a minimum of two persons or a maximum of four persons and is available for dine-in only. All dining arrangements, including menu and table arrangement, will be pre-arranged by the Restaurant.
  9. UnionPay Concierge will contact Cardholders after their eligibilities are verified. Upon making any reservations, Cardholders are required to provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards) and mobile phone numbers. Reservations are subject to quota, availability, blackout dates (e.g. corporate events, private parties) and implemented on a first-come, first-served basis.
  10. Reservations shall be made through the UnionPay Concierge hotline at least three business days and up to two months in advance. Restaurant does not accept bookings via other channels or walk-in.
  11. Prepayments are required to guarantee the reservations. An online payment link will be sent to Cardholders once the reservation is confirmed. Cardholders are required to pay by the Eligible Cards and follow payment instructions. The reservations will be released automatically without prior notice if the payments are not completed successfully. The payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  12. Any extra order or purchase outside of the Program will be paid by Cardholders and settled by the Eligible Cards.
  13. Cardholders who fail to show up will be charged for the full price of the reservation and the quota will be deemed used.
  14. All reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests must be made through the UnionPay Concierge hotline at least three business days before the reservation date. All reservations, amendments, and special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
  15. In the event that Cardholders cannot use the Program on the reservation dates due to unforeseeable force majeure, private events or inclement weather (as declared at the sole discretion of the Restaurant), the reservation dates will be rescheduled subject to availability through the UnionPay Concierge.
  16. The buy 1 get 1 free offer, service charge, and any price discount in the promotion will be applied based on the original, non-discounted price(s).
  17. Menu and price are subject to change by the Restaurant. If the price is changed, Cardholders are required to pay for the difference.
  18. The Program does not apply for ticket sales, banquet events, corkage or cake charges.
  19. The dress code is smart casual. All gentlemen must be in full-length trousers. Shorts, sleeveless shirts or flip flops will not be allowed.
  20. The Program is subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service provider’s rules and regulations.
  21. The Program cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or coupons; or exchanged for cash, other products or services.
  22. UnionPay Concierge is a service provided by Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”). All references to UnionPay Concierge refer to EGAL.
  23. Privacy Policy: EGAL is the organizer of the Program and is liable for Cardholders’ data protection. The personal data collected by EGAL under the Program consists of Cardholders’ full names and mobile phone numbers. EGAL shall obtain the Cardholders’ authorization in respect of collecting and disclosing their personal information and comply with local applicable data protection laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  24. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay International and EGAL reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilise the Program without prior notice.
  25. In case of any dispute, EGAL reserves the right of the final decision subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  26. EGAL reserves the right to change and/or amend the terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
