TRAVEL REWARDS
Program Details
  1. The specified travel reward (“Travel Reward”) is only applicable to principal Cardholders (“Cardholders”) of the designated UnionPay Diamond Prestige card (“Eligible Card”) who have previously registered for the reward through the dedicated website (“Registered Cardholders”).
  2. Registered Cardholders are required to achieve the target spending in Eligible Transactions (as defined below) in each calendar year using the same Eligible Card prior to redemption of a given Travel Reward. (HKD, MOP and CNY spending will be combined for purposes of calculating Eligible Transaction amounts, with every CNY1 or MOP1 spent calculated as HKD1.) Registered Cardholders must provide evidence of Eligible Transactions prior to any redemption, reservation, or booking in connection with the Travel Reward. No redemptions, reservations, or bookings shall be processed without evidence of Eligible Transactions.

  3. The following transactions will not be counted towards the spending requirement: transactions not posted, cash advance, balance transfers, instalment loans, interest-free instalment transactions, finance charges, late charges, account service charges, payments for insurance policies issued by insurance companies, tax payments, and any transactions that have been cancelled or refunded.
  4. Upon making any redemption, Registered Cardholders are required to provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards), contact phone numbers, and evidence of the Eligible Transaction(s) made with the same Eligible Card during the Program Period.   5. All Travel Reward Tours/packages are subject to availability, the terms and conditions of the promotion, and the service provider’s rules and regulations. The Travel Rewards are available on a first come, first served basis.
  6. A Registered Cardholder is entitled to utilize the Travel Rewards a maximum of one time in total, and in connection with a maximum of one designated Travel Reward Tour/package, in each calendar year. The Travel Rewards are personal and to be utilized exclusively by the Registered Cardholder (plus one guest).

Terms and Conditions:
  1. The 2022 calendar year starts from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.
  2. Registration must be made within two months from the Eligible Card Issued Date. Registration will not be accepted outside this period. Registration for the existing Cardholders must be completed by 30 April in each calendar year and late registration will not be accepted.
  3. Once the online reward registration has been successfully completed by cardholder, the registered reward selection can be amended only one more time, but the accumulated spending shall be recounted since the date of amendment.
  4. If the value of the Travel Reward package chosen exceeds the specified travel reward, the cardholder will have to pay the difference with Diamond Prestige card. If the value is less than the specified travel reward, the difference will not be refunded to the cardholder.
  5. The travel reward is not applicable for settling payment of port tax, taxes, insurance or any other miscellaneous charges.
  6. The travel reward cannot be redeemed for cash, but can be applied to another designated tour or package. If the value of the package is less, the difference will not be refunded to the cardholder.
  7. No cancellation or amendment will be allowed once booking is confirmed.
  8. This travel reward can only be used to book designed travel package or tour once.
  9. This travel reward cannot be used with other credit letters or any travel discount coupons.
  10. The Travel Rewards are personal and to be utilized exclusively by the Registered Cardholder (plus one guest).
  11. Each Reward should be redeemed for 2 people travelling together, taking the same departure and return cruise.
  12. Booking must be made with Goldjoy Travel Limited at least 14 business days prior to the start date of the trip and is subject to availability and capacity control of cruise. Blackout dates apply.
  13. The Travel Reward cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  14. All expenses, including but not limited to meals, taxes, gratuities, excess baggage, travel insurance, personal and transport expenses, visa fees and travel documents, optional tours, room upgrades and any other incidental expenses in conjunction with the Travel Products redeemed are not included, unless otherwise specified.
  15. Goldjoy Travel Limited reserves the right to change the conditions herein.
  16. These benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
