The Weekend Lunch Privilege Program – Buy 1 Get 1 Free Offer (“Program”) is valid from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
The Program is only applicable to persons holding and paying by the UnionPay Diamond Prestige and Diamond credit cards (“Cardholders”) issued by UnionPay approved designated institutions in Hong Kong or Macau (“Eligible Cards”).
The Program is applicable at Café 103, 103/F of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong (“Restaurant”) for the Weekend Lunch Buffet on Saturdays and Sundays (dining time from 12:00 to 14:30 or to be amended by the Restaurant from time to time). Blackout dates and Hong Kong’s festive holidays on weekends are not applicable.
The Program is applicable for a minimum of 2 persons per reservation and available for food and dine-in only.
Cardholders can only enjoy the Program once in each calendar month (one table reservation per Cardholder per Eligible Card per month). The Program is applicable for a maximum of two adult complimentary sets per table, and excludes any beverage and wine pairing consumption.
The upgrade to free flow of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks packages are not applicable.
Upon making any reservations, Cardholders are required to provide their full names and card numbers (as they appear on the Eligible Cards) and contact mobile phone numbers. Reservations must be made through the UnionPay Concierge hotline. Restaurant does not accept bookings via other channels or walk in.
Cardholders are required to make a reservation through the UnionPay Concierge hotline at least 48 hours and up to 30 days in advance. The Program is subject to quota and availability. It is available on a first come, first served basis.
Pre-payments for the Program are required to guarantee the reservations. An online payment link will be sent to Cardholders before the reservation dates. Cardholders are required to follow the payment instructions and ensure the payments are completed successfully in advance. No cancellation will be accepted once the reservation is confirmed, and the payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Any extra order or purchase outside of the Program will be paid by Cardholders and settled by the Eligible Cards.
Cardholders who fail to show up will be charged for the full price of the reservation and the monthly quota will be deemed to be used.
The service charge for the buy 1 get 1 free offer and any price discount in the promotion will be applied based on the original, non-discounted price(s).
All reservations, amendments, and cancellations must be made through the UnionPay Concierge hotline at least 48 hours in advance. All amendment requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
In the event that Cardholders cannot use the Program in the reservation dates due to unforeseeable force majeure or inclement weather (as declared at the sole discretion of the Restaurant), the reservation dates will be rescheduled subject to availability through the UnionPay Concierge.
The Program is not applicable for ticket sales, banquet events, corkage or cake charges.
The Program cannot be transferred, used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts or coupons; or exchanged for cash, other products or services.
UnionPay Concierge is a service provided by Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”). All references to UnionPay Concierge refer to EGAL.
In case of any dispute, EGAL reserves the right of final decision subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
